For the last few years,
FieldTripEarth has invited teachers, students and anyone else interested in wildlife conservation and wildlife research to receive our periodic email newsletter. Unfortunately, we have been forced to stop sending that newsletter to our website audience. The problem is that our sign-up form -- which was once located on this page -- became the target of spammers and others who abuse their Internet privileges. Their bad behavior made it impossible for us to efficiently share
FieldTripEarth news with the many people interested in receiving it.
We still want to keep in touch with our friends, though, so we are asking that anyone who wishes to receive brief, periodic updates from
FTE follow us on the free micro-blogging service
Twitter. You can follow our Twitter feed at:
If you are not yet a Twitter user, you can learn more about it by watching a short introductory video at:
There's also a "Frequently Asked Questions" page at:
We expect to send just a couple of brief (one- or two-sentence) updates each week, and we promise not to burden you with too much information. And, once you join Twitter, you will be able to communicate directly with
FieldTripEarth using Twitter's "direct message" feature.
Thanks as always for your interest in
FieldTripEarth, and we'll look forward to seeing you on our list of followers!
